In 2021 I teamed up with Mcann Birmingham and Midlands based cider brand Kingstone Press to create a mural on display at The Custard Factory in Digbeth. Its aim was reflect the massive change of live we all went through in 2020 due to the pandemic. We’ve called it ‘An ode to lockdown‘
The mural depicted the lifestyle adjustments we all had to get used to, including social distancing, video calls, meeting outdoors and most importantly celebrating the efforts of the NHS.
As part of the interactive element of the mural, people could scan the QR code to activate the AR lens animated view.
It was later featured in local press and ITV Central news.
